Do you only provide technical support via email?

We are happy to provide technical support, both during your evaluation, or after licensing, through email.

We also offer a ticket portal, where you can submit, comment, and review any tickets you have, or even tickets submitted by your colleageus.

We can also assist you over the phone, skype, or similar, in more urgent cases.
