Typical Day as a Revenue Operations Manager
My day-to-day includes leading and mentoring my team, supporting quote-to-cash processes, and collaborating with cross-functional partners on initiatives related to end-to-end workflows in Salesforce. I enjoy analyzing workflows and leveraging tools like Salesforce and CPQ to create efficient, seamless order management processes. I also prioritize regular team and one-on-one meetings to stay aligned on goals and progress.
Personal Growth
I joined Apryse in a junior role during the PDFTron days and have since grown alongside the company through its evolution and acquisitions. Over time, I’ve progressed into leadership roles, moving from team lead to manager while contributing to key initiatives.
