Streamlined Form Creation for Digital Signature Users

Our latest Digital Signature add-on simplifies form creation into one step with widget annotation placement, removing the previous "apply fields" conversion step. Edit forms directly in real-time without the need to recreate fields. Icons have been updated, and selected tools now preview on the canvas removing discrepancies between form options. New styling, index, and properties panels give your users rich customization over theme, dimensioning, and batch form editing actions.

Appian Smart Services Now Available

For Appian users, we now support back-end automation of document processing tasks, including generating documents from templates, redacting, merging documents, and converting Office files to PDFs, alongside front-end tasks available through the WebViewer plug-in. With an Apryse Server SDK license, users can utilize these functions through Smart Services available in Appian Process Modeler.
