We couldn't be more thrilled to announce Apryse has been chosen as one of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers of 2022 by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada's Top 100 Employers competition. In its 9th year, Canada's Top Small and Medium Employers recognizes small and medium enterprises (SMEs), offering the nation's best workplaces and forward-thinking human resource policies.

Competition entrants are selected based on eight criteria, including work atmosphere, benefits, and community involvement. 2022 winners, including Apryse, were announced in a special edition magazine published on April 5, 2022.

Apryse Has a “Special Synergy” that Inspires Its People

Noting a “special synergy” with our employees, Mediacorp chose Apryse for 2022’s top 100 due to our ability to quickly adapt to the pandemic and overcome a tightening labor market. Our employees and executives have been brought closer together by adopting a flexible work from home policy and a flat management style. The flow of ideas and innovation at Apryse is encouraged at all levels, and office doors are always open – whether that be physically or virtually.

Mediacorp describes Apryse’s “special synergy” with its employees

Early in the pandemic, smaller employers were able to respond to employees' needs quickly and with agility... Today, the new realities for employers include labor shortages across almost every sector, which has been made more acute by other employers offering remote work from further afield. Once again, small and medium employers are responding with agility by adopting many of the benefits previously seen only at larger, more established organizations.

Incredible Growth

We’ve been going through tremendous growth here at Apryse over the last three years. We experienced two strategic investments from Thoma Bravo; a leading private equity investment firm focused on the software sector, and Silversmith Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, along with completing nine separate acquisitions of leading document technology companies globally.

Going from 50+ employees just two years ago to 315+ today – we’re growing at record speed, driven by acquisitions, adding to our head office team in Vancouver, BC and across Canada. And we’re still hiring, with no shortage of job opportunities available on our Careers page.

  • A flexible work schedule that supports an outstanding work-life balance.
  • An open and collaborative culture that enhances our sense of connection to each other and helps drive success.
  • A transparent work environment that grants access to company information, empowering our employees to do their job well.
  • A comprehensive employee health plan covering up to 100% of employee premiums.
  • 35 new roles added in the last year alone and employee encouragement to recruit their friends and former colleagues through a generous new employee referral bonus program
