Employee Spotlight: How Authenticity Brought Sofiia Khaikina to Apryse

All the people I talked to throughout my interview process were genuinely happy with the company culture, and that was essential to me. Before I even started, I could tell that it was not only a healthy culture, but a place where I would naturally fit in.

For me it's Always Learning. Learning is the foundation of everything. It is key to broader and deeper knowledge, better quality, more wins, and stronger relationships. Through learning, we become better at everything we set out to do.

Try to be as authentic as possible. Fit in because of who you truly are, not who you think you’re expected to be. Since we spend such a significant part of our lives at work, having the freedom to be yourself can have a meaningful impact on your performance, the quality of the relationships you build, your growth, and your overall satisfaction with your work. Bringing your true self to work also helps the company provide you with the tools and resources that truly fit you, so you can thrive.

What I cherish most is that whenever I've needed something - rest, help, encouragement, learning resources, mentorship, support - it's always been there. While the focus is on continuously delivering top-notch solutions and support to our customers, there's a clear understanding that human beings are the backbone of it all.

Because Apryse genuinely cares about its people, I’ve always felt comfortable being myself and sharing what I need with my team without fear of being judged. That support helps me show up as a better employee, teammate, and coworker.

Both my soft skills and hard skills have improved significantly since joining Apryse. Because this is my first serious experience in a tech company, this has been an excellent playground for enhancing my communication skills and building up my technical knowledge basically from scratch.

Since joining, I’ve had access to the learning resources and mentorship I needed to grow. That support has helped me build my skills, while also giving me the confidence to keep learning no matter what new domain I take on. Not every workplace offers that level of support or continuous learning, and it has made a real difference in my growth.
