What made you want to start a career at Apryse?

I was looking for a role that would let me apply my technical skills while also interacting with customers and solving real world problems. Apryse stood out because of its breadth of technology, diverse client base and industry reach, making the opportunity even more exciting.

Why Solutions Engineer? What do you like about your position?

Coming from a software development background, I enjoyed the problem-solving aspect of coding but wanted a role where I could engage more directly with customers. Solution Engineering gives me the best of both worlds, leveraging my technical expertise while working closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. I enjoy the dynamic nature of the role, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.

Engaging in technical discussions with customers to tackle unique challenges is what stands out the most. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our solutions enhance workflows and create a real impact.

What has surprised you about working for Apryse?

The level of collaboration and support across teams has been a pleasant surprise. Everyone is willing to share knowledge, help troubleshoot, and contribute to success. There is always something new to learn, whether it’s a product update, a new use case, or a fresh approach to solving a problem.

What is your favorite memory so far working for Apryse?

One of my favorite memories is working on my first Innovation Day project. It was exciting to collaborate with a team on creative ideas to develop fun new functionality and enhance the product.

What advice would you give to someone looking to start or continue their career at Apryse?
