Megan Westbrook: Powering Real Results for Apryse Customers

This month, we’re focusing on Megan Westbrook, a Customer Success Manager who enjoys building relationships with Apryse customers, seeing her efforts produce winning results.

What made you want to start a career at Apryse?

I was drawn to a career at Apryse (PDFTron when I started in 2018) because it offered the opportunity to solve complex problems, be creative, and help with innovations that can impact the world. The technology industry is very dynamic and constantly evolving which provides many paths for growth, learning and making a difference for the wide breadth of our customers.

Why Customer Success? What do you like about it the most?

I really enjoy working closely with our customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes while using our world-class products. A lot of our customers are our biggest advocates, and it is always rewarding to hear of success stories where our products fueled success and growth in the market. I enjoy building long-term relationships and ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products, which ultimately contributes to the overall success of the company.

I started in a role of Sales Operations and just this last year transitioned to the Customer Success team where I have had many accomplishments stem from the move. One in particular was working with a customer who had hit some roadblocks implementing our solution, and I was able to work closely with our Product and Support team to create a customized plan to address their concerns. After 3 months, the customer’s satisfaction has improved dramatically, and they have seen an increase of 50% in usage of their product over that time.

What has surprised you about working for Apryse?

The rapid growth of the company never ceases to surprise and amaze me. Every day brings something new, so I am constantly learning and developing a larger skillset.

What is your favorite memory so far working for Apryse?

I have been with the company for 6 years, so that is a tough question to answer! I have a number of great memories, getting to celebrating many milestones such as our first investment and more recently our 25th anniversary. Last year I was granted the opportunity to attend my first Sales Kick-off event, where I got to meet many colleagues in person for the first time, and to be able to solidify strong relationships with co-workers was an incredible experience.

What advice would you give to someone looking to start or continue their career at Apryse?
