Now, we’re inviting you behind the scenes for a closer look at life inside Apryse from one of our own Talent Acquisition Specialists, Nathan Thomas. He shares his perspective on our people-first, highly collaborative culture, and the opportunities that come from being part of a fast-growing company.

What stood out to me about Apryse was the opportunity to be part of an extremely fast-growing, global technology company where people truly matter. I was excited by the opportunity to work in a remote-first environment while still being deeply connected to teams across different countries and cultures. It felt like a place where I wouldn’t just be filling roles as a recruiter but helping shape teams that directly support the company’s growth and long-term success.
I would describe the culture at Apryse as ambitious and collaborative, with a people-first mindset. People here are driven and move quickly, but they also take the time to help each other, share knowledge, and celebrate wins together. Even in a fully remote environment, there’s a strong sense of belonging and trust, and with the addition of regular social and remote events, it’s easy to feel connected and motivated.
It’s got to be Win Together! Talent acquisition is all about collaboration. Collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams. When we hire great people and see them succeed, it’s never because of one person, but because of strong collaboration across the company. That team mindset is something I truly value.
Apryse moves fast and offers a lot of opportunity, but the people who thrive most are the ones who ask questions, take initiative, and are open to learning new things. My favorite part is being able to see the real impact of my work. When someone joins the company and later, I see them contributing to big projects, closing deals, or supporting customers, it’s incredibly rewarding. Knowing that I played a small part in building those teams and helping the company grow makes my work feel very meaningful.
I’ve grown a lot in terms of confidence, communication, and ownership. Recruiting across multiple regions has pushed me to learn about different markets, cultures, and hiring challenges, and it’s helped me become more strategic in how I approach hiring talent. I’ve also had the chance to get involved in employer branding initiatives, which has expanded my skill set beyond traditional recruiting.
