What stood out to me about Apryse was the opportunity to be part of an extremely fast-growing, global technology company where people truly matter. I would describe the culture at Apryse as ambitious and collaborative, with a people-first mindset. When we hire great people and see them succeed, it’s never because of one person, but because of strong collaboration across the company. That team mindset is something I truly value.

My favorite part is being able to see the real impact of my work. When someone joins the company and later, I see them contributing to big projects, closing deals, or supporting customers, it’s incredibly rewarding. Knowing that I played a small part in building those teams and helping the company grow makes my work feel very meaningful.

I’ve grown a lot in terms of confidence, communication, and ownership. Recruiting across multiple regions has pushed me to learn about different markets, cultures, and hiring challenges, and it’s helped me become more strategic in how I approach hiring talent. I’ve also had the chance to get involved in employer branding initiatives, which has expanded my skill set beyond traditional recruiting.
