This time, we’re featuring Michael Fenn, an Associate Solutions Engineer who brings equal parts curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning to his role. From exploring emerging trends in tech to leveling up his skills to better support our customers, Michael thrives at the intersection of innovation and improvement.
“Everyone here at Apryse is wonderful and a joy to work with, teamwork makes the dreamwork, and everyone at Apryse embodies that. With the Solutions Engineering side of the business, we get to peer into the use cases and goals of so many different companies, which in turn gives us a really interesting view of the industry as a whole and which trends and directions it may be following.”
Michael’s answer captures the best of both worlds: working with a supportive, team-first culture and gaining a broad, dynamic view of the tech landscape. As part of the Solutions Engineering team, he doesn’t just solve problems—he gets a front-row seat to the evolving needs, goals, and innovations of companies around the world.
“There are always opportunities to grow and expand one’s skills. This is one of my personal biggest factors when it comes to work, as I am always striving to improve myself and my skills. Apryse being an SDK allows me to improve my programming-based skills, and my role as a Solutions Engineer aids me in improving my communicative skills.”
Continuous growth is a recurring theme for Michael. Whether it’s building technical fluency or sharpening how he communicates complex solutions to customers, Apryse offers the kind of environment where skill development is encouraged, supported, and constantly in motion.
“In line with the previous question, I am looking forward to further improving my skills, which in turn will improve my ability to best serve our customers in making use of our powerful suite of tools.”
